Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vocabularium (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Subscription Services

Vocabularium offers subscription services ("Subscriptions") that provide access to premium features and content within the Game. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled.

3. Payment and Billing

a. Payment for Subscriptions:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen Subscription.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

b. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the respective app store.

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game and Subscriptions without notice for violation of these ToS or any other policies we may establish.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Game for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the Game.

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or networks.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

Vocabularium and its content, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, and logos, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vocabularium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Game or Subscriptions.

8. Changes to ToS

We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified ToS.
